Garuda Aerospace partners with Salesforce to integrate AI CRM across enterprise operations
Garuda Aerospace, a drone manufacturing company based in Chennai, has partnered with Salesforce to update its approach to managing customer data and internal operations as it expands its business.
Under the collaboration, Garuda Aerospace will use Salesforce’s AI-based CRM tools, including Agentforce Sales and Agentforce, to manage customer interactions across sales, service, and marketing teams. The goal is to create a unified system for customer information and operational data as the company expands its presence in India and enters new markets in Southeast Asia and Africa.
Garuda Aerospace is also expanding into sectors such as agriculture, defense, and infrastructure. As the company adds new business lines, Salesforce’s platform will be used to reduce data silos and allow teams to work from the same set of information. This approach is intended to support coordination across departments and provide real-time insights for decision-making.
According to the companies, the implementation affects more than 90 percent of Garuda Aerospace’s current customers in India. It is expected to support workflows across government, enterprise, and consumer clients. The system is designed to help manage customer lifecycles from initial engagement to ongoing service.
The collaboration includes the use of Salesforce’s Agentforce 360, a set of AI tools that combines human and AI agents within one system. The platform is intended to help employees automate routine tasks, access data faster, and manage customer requests more consistently.
