Coforge launches EvolveOps.AI to automate enterprise IT operations across hybrid cloud

Coforge has announced the launch of EvolveOps.AI, an AI-driven IT operations management platform designed for enterprise environments that run across edge, private cloud, and public cloud infrastructure. The platform is designed to support autonomous operations across the full lifecycle of enterprise systems in hybrid and multi-cloud setups.

EvolveOps.AI uses agent-based AI models to monitor, manage, and resolve operational issues across infrastructure, applications, and platforms. It is designed to integrate seamlessly with existing enterprise investments in observability tools, automation systems, and data platforms. The platform uses a unified data fabric to analyze operational data and apply machine learning for incident detection, diagnosis, and resolution.

According to Coforge, the platform is built entirely on open-source technologies and includes pre-built adapters and plugins for faster deployment. It also uses a purpose-built small language model combined with deterministic models to support operational decision-making while controlling cost and deployment complexity. The system includes multiple AI agents that can perform tasks typically handled by site reliability engineering, infrastructure operations, cloud engineering, network management, Kubernetes administration, service management, and financial operations.

Coforge reports that enterprises using the platform have recorded reductions in system downtime, operational costs, and incident resolution times, along with faster delivery of new products. These outcomes are attributed to the automation of routine operational tasks and the earlier detection of issues before they affect business services.

EvolveOps.AI includes governance controls that allow organizations to choose between human-in-the-loop workflows and fully autonomous operations, depending on risk and compliance needs. The platform is designed to integrate with major cloud providers, including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform, and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure, as well as private cloud environments.

The platform also connects with common enterprise IT operations tools covering observability, IT service management, security, and automation. This integration is intended to allow enterprises to adopt AI-driven operations without replacing existing systems, while applying consistent policies for governance, reliability, and cost management across multi-cloud environments.

EvolveOps.AI directly addresses some of the most pressing challenges in modern IT operations. “Our strategy for cloud and infrastructure is anchored in Mission Zero – Zero Disruption, Zero Touch, Zero Friction – for every cloud transformation we execute,” said Ashish Kumar, Global Business Unit Head – Cloud, AI‑Infra, Security & ServiceNow at Coforge.
