In 2025, India Inc. didn’t just reshuffle its top deck—it redefined what leadership means in a digital-first economy. Across IT services, BFSI, telecom, manufacturing, consumer tech and enterprise software, CXO appointments reflected a decisive pivot toward executives who could operationalise digital transformation at scale.
