Enterprise and consumer tech company Lenovo has made key appointments across its businesses in India. It includes naming Amit Luthra as One Lenovo Commercial Leader, along with Srinivas Rao as Managing Director, Infrastructure Solutions Group, and Kaman Chawla as Director, Consumer Business

As part of this leadership transition, Luthra will assume the role of One Lenovo Commercial Leader, Lenovo India, effective 1st March 2026. In this role, he will work closely across Lenovo’s Intelligent Devices Group (IDG), Infrastructure Solutions Group (ISG), and Solutions and Services Group (SSG) to drive integrated enterprise growth and deliver end-to-end solutions for customers across India.

Luthra brings over three and a half years of leadership experience at Lenovo India, during which he has played a key role in scaling the ISG business in India. He has built strong teams, strengthened partner relationships, and earned the trust of enterprise customers, positioning him well to lead Lenovo’s enterprise business as it builds on a strong foundation and sharpens its focus on AI-led transformation, the company said in a statement.

In addition, Srinivas Rao, previously Director, Presales, ISG, will take on an expanded leadership role as Managing Director, Infrastructure Solutions Group, Lenovo India, leading ISG business group in India. He will be playing a key role in scaling the infrastructure capabilities and supporting AI-driven demand.

Additionally, Chawla as Director, Consumer Business, Lenovo India, will lead the company’s consumer business across PCs and smart devices, driving end-to-end growth and strengthening Lenovo’s position in the consumer technology market.

With over 25 years of leadership experience spanning telecom, FMCG, and IT, Chawla has led and scaled consumer businesses across multiple markets. He most recently headed Consumer Personal Systems at HP Inc. across India, Bangladesh, and Sri Lanka, and has also held senior roles at Godrej Consumer Products, Infosys, Reliance Telecom, and Bharti Telecom.

“These leadership appointments mark an important milestone as we strengthen our enterprise and consumer businesses in India and accelerate AI-led transformation for our customers and partners,” said Shailendra Katyal, Vice President and Managing Director, Lenovo India.

As part of this transition, Rohit Midha, Executive Director, Enterprise Business, will be moving on from Lenovo to pursue opportunities outside the organization after more than a decade with the company.

In Q2 FY25/26, Lenovo India recorded 23% YoY growth to $1.2 billion, and these leadership changes are expected to strengthen momentum further as the company enters its next phase of growth, the company said.
