Practo names Srijesh Kumar as Global Chief Product and Technology Officer

Practo, a Bengaluru-based digital healthcare platform, has appointed Srijesh Kumar as its Global Chief Product and Technology Officer (CPTO). Kumar will oversee the company's product and engineering functions as it expands across international markets.

Kumar takes charge at a time when Practo is pushing deeper into AI integration across its platform, from patient discovery to care delivery and post-consultation follow-ups. In his new role, Kumar will unify the product and technology charter, strengthen the platform architecture, and build systems that draw on Practo's healthcare data to generate measurable outcomes.

He brings over two decades of enterprise technology experience. Most recently, Kumar served as Vice President at Salesforce, where he led product engineering for Industries Cloud, covering loyalty and promotions capabilities. Before that, he spent several years at Expedia Group, leading distributed engineering teams and scaling travel platforms globally. He has also held roles at Punchh, Adobe, and Microsoft.
