Infosys elevates Nitin Paranjpe as non-exec vice chairman

Infosys has appointed Nitin Paranjpe as non-executive vice chairman of its board with immediate effect. Paranjpe, who also serves as non-executive chairman of Hindustan Unilever and vice chairman of Heineken, will support Chairman Nandan Nilekani in guiding board strategy. The company said his expanded role builds on his existing contributions to the board. Nilekani added that there are no immediate plans for a transition of the chairman.

Seclore names Nilesh Bhojani as CPTO

Seclore has elevated Nilesh Bhojani to chief product and technology officer. A decade-long veteran, Bhojani will lead global product strategy and engineering for the ARMOR Data Security Intelligence platform. His mandate includes accelerating cloud-native and AI-ready capabilities while aligning product development with enterprise data security needs. He has over two decades of experience across product engineering and enterprise software.

Sonata Software appoints Rajsekhar Datta Roy as CEO

Sonata Software has named Rajsekhar Datta Roy as CEO of its international business, effective May 9, 2026, for a three-year term. He succeeds Samir Dhir, who will step down on May 8 and continue as advisor until year-end. Currently chief delivery officer, Roy has been central to Sonata’s AI-first pivot, including its Harmoni.AI platform and Microsoft-led enterprise offerings.

Mphasis appoints Richard Miller as global insurance head

Mphasis has appointed Richard Miller as global head of its insurance business. Miller brings over three decades of experience, including a long tenure at Accenture and most recently as CEO of REMVENTION LLC. He will lead Mphasis’s insurance strategy, focusing on AI-led transformation, core modernisation and operational efficiency for global insurers and financial institutions.

Techila Global Services appoints Nabil Ahmed as VP – delivery and AI initiatives

Techila Global Services has appointed Nabil Ahmed as vice president for delivery and AI initiatives, as the company sharpens its focus on AI-led transformation. Ahmed brings over 18 years of experience across organisations, including Launch Ventures, Ennoventure, Zones Inc., and Caterpillar, where he built global delivery engines and scaled AI-driven platforms. He will focus on strengthening execution, building scalable delivery systems and embedding AI into core workflows.
