Digital infrastructure firm Constl appoints Nidhi Pandey as CIO

 Constl, a carrier-neutral digital infrastructure provider and part of the Space World Group, has appointed Nidhi Pandey as Chief Information Officer (CIO) as the company accelerates investments in enterprise technology and digital transformation to support its expanding AI-ready infrastructure business.

In her new role, Pandey will lead the company's IT and digital functions, overseeing technology initiatives across digital platforms, finance systems, operations support systems (OSS), and business support systems (BSS).

The appointment comes as Constl scales its pan-India fibre network and digital infrastructure platform to serve hyperscalers, telecom operators, data centre operators, cloud providers, and enterprise customers. The company said strengthening secure, scalable, future-ready enterprise systems is a strategic priority as it expands its footprint in India's fast-growing digital infrastructure market.

Pandey will be responsible for driving enterprise application modernisation, technology governance and the deployment of secure technology platforms aimed at supporting business growth, operational efficiency and customer experience improvements.

She joins Constl with more than two decades of experience across telecommunications, technology and enterprise IT. Prior to this, she held leadership roles at Bharti Airtel, Hewlett Packard Enterprise, Vodafone Idea, Tata Communications and Tech Mahindra, where she led digital transformation programmes, enterprise architecture modernisation projects and IT strategy initiatives across multiple markets.
