Watch: Poly, TATA SIA Airlines and MasterCard on Covid-19 shifting business strategies

In the first panel discussion of the recently concluded TechCircle Business Transformation digital conference, technology leaders from Poly, TATA SIA Airlines and MasterCard discussed how the Covid-19 pandemic has forced companies to rethink digital strategies. 

Business heads have shifted focus from phygital, where existing physical infrastructure complements some aspects of digital, to accelerating digical deployments where digital is the main enabler.

Participants in the panel included Chris Thorson, senior director solutions marketing at Poly; Ravinder Pal Singh, chief information and innovation officer at TATA SIA Airlines; and Amitabh Khanna, head customer delivery South Asia, Mastercard. 

The panel was moderated by Jaideep Mehta, CEO, Mosaic Digital, the company that publishes TechCircle.
