In a live digital dialogue on Cloud is the New Foundation: Remote as a Service, last Friday, Jaideep Mehta, CEO, Mosaic Digital spoke to Kapil Bharati, Co-Founder and CTO, Delhivery.

Founded in 2011, Delhivery is a leading supply chain services company with a turnover of almost INR 2000 crores a year. The company has made over 700 million packaged deliveries since its inception, delivering to almost 17,500 pin codes across the country.

The abrupt shift towards remote work in 2020 is pushing companies toward greater cloud adoption and organisations that had already implemented cloud services are ahead of the curve. Delhivery is one such company that has been leveraging cloud computing to scale up business and put efficient processes in place.

From his experiences at Delhivery, Bharati shares various insights on the implementation of this technology and how it has helped them scale business over the years and more so during the months after the global pandemic struck.  

He throws light on the various decisions that were made in this regard, and how they have signalled a paradigm shift for the supply chain and logistics provider.
