Pegasystems, Google Cloud partner to offer healthcare solutions
Software maker Pegasystems Inc has collaborated with Google Cloud to offer solutions to the healthcare industry.
The NASDAQ listed company claims that the alliance with Google Cloud will bring together its suite of healthcare solutions along with the latter's capabilities in the Healthcare Data Engine Organisations.
Pega has also claimed that the association will be better positioned to deliver optimal care and health outcomes to millions of people by combining its personalised recommendations along with Google Cloud’s comprehensive data platform.
“By aligning these technologies, healthcare organisations can make better real-time decisions around gaps in care and population health, gain access to better patient and member views, and improve clinical trials.
Organisations will be able to unlock their data’s full potential to enable more personalised engagement, care and services, ultimately creating better health outcomes and experiences,” Pegasus said in a statement.
“As the healthcare industry becomes increasingly more complicated, organisations need solutions that cut through the complexity to provide more seamless and quality experiences for health consumers,” said Hayden Stafford, President, global client engagement, Pegasystems.
“Clients will be able to maximise the impact of Google Cloud’s data and analytics capabilities in combination with Pega’s intelligent next-best-action recommendations for the most tailored care and service possible. This results in happier customers and, most importantly, better," Stafford added.
“Google Cloud continues to seek partnerships that expand Healthcare Data Engine’s comprehensive clinical data harmonization capabilities at scale to enable our customers to make near real-time healthcare decisions,” said Chris Sakalosky, Managing Director, US Healthcare & Life Science, Google Cloud,
Sakalosky added, “We are excited to partner with Pega to enable healthcare organisations to unlock the power of their data to provide relevant, timely, and personalised experiences for patients, clinicians, and their entire organisation."
