LTTS signs $100mn deal with US-based industrial equipment manufacturer

IT services firm L&T Technology Services has signed a $100 million multi-year agreement with a US-based industrial equipment manufacturer catering to the semiconductor value chain.
Under this deal, LTTS will support the clients’ initiatives across new product development, sustenance engineering, value engineering, and platform automation, leveraging its expertise in AI, computer vision, and next-gen automation technologies.
LTTS will also set up a Center of Excellence (CoE) to support the client in accelerating innovation, simplifying platforms, application engineering, and transitioning towards a more digital and AI-enabled future.
“This engagement underscores LTTS’ expertise in leveraging AI-driven innovation to address complex engineering challenges in high-growth industries. By harnessing our capabilities in AI, automation, and product engineering, we are empowering our client to further expand their market share and stay ahead of the curve,” said Amit Chadha, CEO & Managing Director, LTTS.
Notably, in July, LTTS signed a $60 million multi-year agreement with a US-based Tier-I wireless telecommunications provider. The contract involves the delivery of software engineering services to support the client’s network software automation efforts.
As part of the agreement, LTTS is providing engineering solutions such as R&D lab integration, new product development, and functionality testing. These services will support the client’s network software platforms aimed at automating and improving telecom infrastructure. LTTS will also establish a delivery center in the United States to manage project execution and ensure local support.
Other major partnerships signed by LTTS this year include a $50 million digital services deal by a global energy company and an $80 million, multiyear agreement with a US-based industrial products manufacturer.
