Tata Chemicals launches ChemForce CRM platform with Salesforce

Tata Chemicals Limited has launched ChemForce, a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform developed in partnership with Salesforce. The platform aims to improve how the company manages customer interactions and sales processes across India.

ChemForce is built on Salesforce Manufacturing Cloud and combines sales and customer information into a single system. The platform is designed to simplify access to data, enable faster responses, and improve coordination among teams. By using one central platform, Tata Chemicals expects to reduce manual work, enhance data accuracy, and allow sales teams to focus more on customer needs.

The company said ChemForce will help ensure that all customer interactions are tracked and managed in a consistent and efficient way. The system’s integration of analytics and AI tools will support decision-making and help identify opportunities for improvement across operations.

ChemForce will initially be used by Tata Chemicals’ sales teams in India. The company plans to expand the platform’s scope over time to include other departments, customers, and distributors.

Subodh Srivastav, CMO, Tata Chemicals, said, “By integrating comprehensive customer and sales data onto a unified platform, we will enhance our ability to deliver consistent, timely, and personalised engagement. This will be crucial in driving sustainable growth by enabling data-driven decision-making and fostering stronger customer relationships across our global operations.”

Vikrant Deoras, Chief Information & Digital Officer, Tata Chemicals, said: “The launch represents a crucial step in our digital transformation journey. By implementing core enterprise applications such as this, we are not only enhancing transparency and consistency in customer engagement today but also building a strong digital backbone for tomorrow.”
