Zscaler appoints Hemant Dabke as MD for India & SAARC

Cloud security services provider Zscaler, Inc. has strengthened its regional leadership with the appointment of Hemant Dabke as Vice President and Managing Director for India and SAARC, underscoring its commitment to accelerating secure digital transformation across one of the world’s fastest-growing technology markets.

The appointment comes as enterprises in India and the broader SAARC region ramp up adoption of cloud and generative AI technologies amid an increasingly complex cyber threat landscape. Dabke will lead Zscaler’s regional operations and strategy, focusing on enabling organizations to securely scale digital initiatives using the company’s Zero Trust Exchange™ platform—a flagship solution designed to protect users, workloads, and devices through a zero-trust architecture.

Dabke brings over two decades of experience across global technology firms. Before joining Zscaler, he served as Regional Vice President at Databricks and UiPath, where he drove growth in cloud computing and automation. His career also includes leadership roles at SAP and Tech Mahindra, and more than a decade at Microsoft, where he managed corporate business and regional sales across multiple verticals and geographies.
