Nagarro launches new Agentic AI solutions powered by Salesforce

Nagarro, a digital engineering company, has launched a new range of Agentic AI solutions built on Salesforce technology. The company presented these solutions at Salesforce’s Dreamforce 2025 event in San Francisco. The new tools are designed to strengthen the use of AI and intelligent agents within the Salesforce ecosystem.

The new Agentic AI portfolio includes five solutions aimed at different industries and functions. Assista is a voice-based sales assistant that helps users manage schedules, prepare for meetings, update records, and find nearby leads through voice commands. SupportMate is designed for customer service teams, helping diagnose issues, schedule service calls, and prepare quotes using existing knowledge resources.

RetailMate assists retailers by offering recommendations, managing orders, and resolving invoice and credit note issues automatically. FinZy serves financial institutions by handling loan inquiries, verifying documents, and ensuring compliance in loan processing. FreightAssist focuses on logistics, using AI insights to detect and resolve issues, summarize cases, and suggest fair compensation.
