Former Tata Digital CTO Vinay Vaidya joins Flipkart
E-commerce major Flipkart has appointed technology veteran Vinay Vaidya as Senior Vice President, Technology for Supply Chain, strengthening its engineering leadership as it scales AI-led commerce and prepares for its next phase of growth. Vaidya brings over two decades of technology leadership experience and most recently served as Chief Technology Officer at Tata Digital, where he led platform engineering and digital transformation initiatives. Before that, he spent nearly 18 years at Amazon, building technology platforms across Marketplace, Payments, Seller Services, Grocery and Amazon India. At Flipkart, he will oversee technology across fulfilment, logistics, trust, seller platforms and marketplace operations while driving AI-powered supply chain innovation, automation and platform scalability.
o9 Solutions elevates Dr. Ashwin Rao as Chief Technology Officer
Enterprise planning software company o9 Solutions has promoted Dr. Ashwin Rao to Chief Technology Officer, underscoring its growing focus on AI-driven enterprise decision intelligence. Rao joined o9 in November 2025 as Executive Vice President for Next-Generation AI and Technology and has since led the development of the company's neuro-symbolic AI capabilities powering its next-generation APEX platform. Bringing over two decades of experience spanning Wall Street, enterprise technology and academia, Rao previously held senior leadership roles at QXO, Target, Goldman Sachs and Morgan Stanley. He also serves as an Adjunct Professor at Stanford University's Institute for Computational and Mathematical Engineering, where he teaches graduate AI courses and researches reinforcement learning. As CTO, Rao will spearhead o9's technology roadmap, AI research and platform engineering as enterprises increasingly adopt autonomous planning, agentic AI and intelligent decision-making systems.
Tata Communications strengthens AI-ready infrastructure leadership

Tata Communications has strengthened its enterprise infrastructure leadership with the appointments of Rupesh Chokshi as Executive Vice President, Global Head of Network Services and Chief Technology Officer, and Vivek Srivastava as Executive Vice President and Business Head – Cloud and Cybersecurity Services. Chokshi joins from Akamai Technologies, bringing over 25 years of experience in networking, cloud and AI-led infrastructure, while Srivastava joins from Fortinet with nearly three decades of expertise in cybersecurity, cloud and digital transformation. Both executives will serve on the company's Global Management Committee as Tata Communications accelerates investments in AI-ready networks, cloud platforms and cybersecurity services to support enterprise digital transformation worldwide.
Ramco Systems appoints Sandesh Bilagi as CEO
Enterprise software company Ramco Systems has appointed Sandesh Bilagi as its Chief Executive Officer, elevating its President and Chief Operating Officer to lead the company's next phase of global expansion and AI-led transformation. A technology veteran with over 20 years of experience, Bilagi played a key role in Ramco's operational turnaround, helping the company achieve six consecutive quarters of operational profitability through FY2026. He previously established Ramco's Australia and New Zealand business and has led global sales, delivery and operations. Before joining Ramco, Bilagi held leadership roles at HCL Technologies and Tech Mahindra, bringing deep expertise in enterprise software, business growth and large-scale digital transformation.
Sairam Vedam joins QualityKiosk Technologies
QualityKiosk Technologies has appointed Sairam Vedam as Chief Marketing Officer, Executive Vice President and Hyderabad Site Leader as the company expands its global presence in AI-powered quality engineering and digital assurance. Vedam brings more than 25 years of experience across enterprise software, AI, cloud and digital transformation. Ganesh Vijaypurkar to lead ANZ's Bengaluru GCC
ANZ has appointed Ganesh Vijaypurkar as Managing Director and Head of its Bengaluru Global Capability Centre, reflecting the increasing strategic importance of India-based GCCs in driving enterprise technology and digital transformation. Vijaypurkar will oversee engineering, technology, cybersecurity, operations and AI initiatives supporting ANZ's global banking business while expanding the capability centre's role in product development and innovation. His appointment comes as multinational financial institutions increasingly position Indian GCCs as global engineering hubs with end-to-end ownership of digital platforms rather than traditional delivery centres.
Mehul Patel joins DDN to accelerate AI infrastructure biz

AI and data infrastructure specialist DDN has appointed Mehul Patel as Vice President, India Strategic Accounts – AI & Cloud, strengthening its enterprise business amid surging investments in AI infrastructure. Patel brings more than two decades of experience across enterprise technology sales and cloud computing, having previously held leadership roles at Groq, DevRev, Snowflake, ServiceNow, Red Hat, Brocade, HCL Technologies and Wipro. He will lead strategic engagements with enterprises, hyperscalers and public sector organisations deploying GPU infrastructure, AI storage and high-performance computing platforms across India.
Gautam Swaroop joins Instamart as Chief Business Officer
Quick commerce platform Instamart has appointed Gautam Swaroop as Chief Business Officer as competition intensifies across India's fast-growing instant delivery market. Swaroop brings over two decades of leadership experience spanning consulting, healthcare and consumer technology. Before joining Instamart, he served as Chief Executive Officer of OYO's international business after earlier leadership roles at McKinsey & Company and Dr. Reddy's Laboratories. At Instamart, he will oversee category expansion, commercial strategy, merchant partnerships and business growth while helping scale AI-enabled supply chain planning and operational efficiency.
InsuranceDekho elevates Ranjeet Singh as CEO of corporate insurance business
InsuranceDekho has elevated Ranjeet Singh as Chief Executive Officer of its newly created corporate insurance business as the insurtech firm expands beyond retail insurance. Singh, who earlier led the company's retail business, will drive growth across commercial insurance, employee benefits and enterprise risk management solutions. His appointment comes as enterprises increasingly adopt AI-powered underwriting, analytics and digital claims platforms, positioning InsuranceDekho to strengthen its presence in the fast-growing corporate insurance market.
MobiKwik strengthens leadership with key business and governance promotions

Digital payments company MobiKwik has elevated Dhruv Wadhera to Chief Business Officer – Offline Merchant Payments and announced leadership promotions for Abhishek Mukherji and Saurabh Taneja as part of efforts to strengthen its leadership bench following a strong FY26. Wadhera, who joined MobiKwik in 2023 after leadership roles at Zomato, will spearhead the expansion of the company's offline merchant payments business across organised retail, fuel, general trade and payment devices. Mukherji has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Bharat Connect and Online Merchant Payments, where he will also lead payment gateway business Zaakpay, while Taneja takes over as Senior Vice President, Governance, overseeing regulatory compliance, legal affairs and corporate governance as MobiKwik scales its merchant ecosystem and targets profitability by FY28.
